Introduction

A narrowed perspective driven by KAROSHI overworked death-level work.

On one of my few days off, I went on a short trip to Karuizaw

and was moved by a cup of coffee and the richness of time I found there.

I decided to take action to realize what I really wanted to do.

Then, I found "Coaching" which had a significant impact on my life.

 

Back Ground

My parents divorced when I was a child, which was a big trigger for me.

I have led an exemplary life as an honor student, which is common among Japanese.

In my school days, I enjoyed my youth as a captain of a basketball club.

I got into a so-called good university, got a job in a so-called good company, got married and had two children, happy and ordinary days.

 

After the trials and tribulations that came to me during my peaceful,office worker. yet agonizing days as an office worker.

"What do I really want to do with my short life?" I searched for the answer.

 

The answer I came up with was the "Coaching".

I was able to step away from the values that I had formed in my life and find out what I genuinely and sincerely wanted to do.

Then, I was able to learn the mindset to make it happen.
